2 Weeks of Flu :(

Today is the first day I feel well enough to continue with my paintings after having the flu for 2 weeks. A nasty bug, I thought that I was getting better a week ago only to relapse and spend the next week in bed. :(

I'm anxious to continue, and finish, my leaf painting (mixed media) today. :)

Here is the current step.

I am really enjoying this experimental painting. It's just 8 x 10" but I'll put it in a frame to make it look bigger.

I have to add dark colours, with acrylic, to the lifting leaves and add definition with dark acrylic to the flat leaves.

I'll be done tonight.
