Hornby Berry Farm finished.

I finished the painting just in time to still put two coats of varnish on top before I have to deliver it. The 97 (to be) relation will be happy to get this. She knew I was painting it but has not seen the progress. The painting will bring back memories of her years spent on this farm producing strawberries.

I had to paint 3/4 of the painting by memory, so I am not very pleased with the outcome. I kept hearing, this goes here, and you didn't put this in! Very difficult trying to make something true to life with old grainy pictures of pieces of the farm. It's a good thing I can remember what the basic placements were. The composition isn't as pleasing as I would have liked, but I had to compromise.
